What to Expect
Before our 1:1 yoga therapy session or before the first session in a therapeutic group, such as the Overcome!, you will be invited to fill out a confidential questionnaire to overview your health history, past yoga experience, goals, challenges, and lifestyle. There is always a check-in in a private session in which you can observe the body and mind in the present moment. Your goals and intentions that day determine the sequence of the session.

Virtual or In Person Sessions
Sessions can provided virtually for your safety and comfort. In Person sessions are held at Ananda Counseling and Wellness.
$85 for one hour session
