8-9p Studio Satya virtual This class is a trauma informed guided meditation to support nervous system regulation, a foundation of inner stability, and restful sleep.
Tuesdays
11-12a Updog Tulsa in person Expect a series of gentle somatic movements and yin-like holds to soften your whole being. The class will end with a restorative rest and meditation.
Wednesdays

12:15-1p Updog Yoga in person Expect to flow through sun salutations, a creative sequence of standing, and seated postures and a regenerative Savasana.
