Mandy Eubanks (she/her/hers) has spent nearly 20 years of her life studying yoga and meditation. Her approach to yoga is grounded in evidence-informed care and applicable to everyday life. She has an immense reverence towards the tradition of yoga that is not part of her heritage and a deep curiosity for the practices that have transformed her own life. Her teaching experience is vast spanning from studio ownership to facilitating small group yoga therapy in correctional facilities and domestic violence centers. In this time she also trained over 250 yoga teachers at the 200-hour and 500-hour levels.
Mandy is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher, Overcome Clinical Facilitator, and Level 1 iRest Yoga Meditation facilitator. She provides virtual and in-person iRest meditation, yoga therapy, and Overcome clinics. She finds joy in supporting her clients to discover how to improve their lives in meaningful ways through a daily yoga practice.
When Mandy is not practicing or teaching, you can find her hanging out with her family and friends. She loves strength training, long walks with a friend, and napping. She is an active volunteer in her community, kids school, and church.
